This vegan salad makes a wonderful side for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any time of year. It’s great warm or cold so you can make it ahead. Contains wild rice, apples, celery, red onion, pecans, peas, and green onions. The dressing is a sweet but savory blend of honey and red wine vinegar. It’s amazing!
