Slow Cooker Velveeta Cheese Dip with Rotel and Sausage
I stole this recipe from my next door neighbor and have zero regrets. Made in the slow cooker, this dip recipe is a winner at every potluck and football party. A yummy combination of melted velveeta, cream cheese, ground sausage, rotel, and fresh cilantro, this dip can feed a hungry crowd without complaints. Want to stretch this dip ever further? Just add a little milk until you reach your preferred consistency.
