Description

Chicken thighs are slowly cooked with taco seasoning, onions, poblano peppers, and cream cheese to make them tender and creamy. This is a mild dish when the seeds of the peppers are removed. Leave the seeds in for more heat. Amazing over rice topped with cheese.
