Ingredients:

Starter

  • ¾ cup all purpose flour 
  • 1/16 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ⅓ cup cool water

Dough

  • All of the starter
  • 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup lukewarm water  (110 degrees)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup diced candied lemon
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup diced candied oranges
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange zest
