Avocado Banana Pudding
Totally vegan with just three ingredients, this pudding recipe is made with ripe avocados and bananas so you don’t have to trash them. Rich in banana flavor, the avocado works as a thickener and this purees in the blender. Process includes ripe, refrigerated bananas but more aesthetically pleasing bananas so you can choose your look.
